First Light Capital – 98 Kerrs Road, Auckland

Lighting at the 98 Kerrs Road facility required improvement to better support daily building operations. The existing system lacked consistency and efficiency, producing uneven lighting and higher than necessary energy use. The inadequate illumination created a poor working environment for occupants and contributed to elevated operational costs. NuGreen Energy Solutions was engaged to upgrade the lighting and deliver improved efficiency and uniform illumination throughout the building.

NuGreen installed modern, high-performance lighting fixtures designed to improve illumination quality and energy efficiency across the facility. The upgrade created consistent lighting throughout all workspaces and shared areas, improving visibility and comfort for occupants. Long-life LED technology was selected to reduce the frequency and cost of future maintenance. NuGreen managed the full project end-to-end, covering assessment, design, supply, and installation.
